Note for song: “Jesus Is My King” This is a simple Christmas and Advent song that the Lord gave to Chris and I recently. Instead of insisting on rhyme throughout we sought to develop themes of the Advent season, which often include: Prophecy - Hope Bethlehem - Peace Shepherds - Joy Angels - God’s Love Christ - King We gave two keys because many may prefer the lower key of F to sing, but the key of G is easier for guitar players who may be accompanying the piano/keyboard. We hope the song can be a blessing to you and/or for your Church, home group or gathering - anytime, but especially for Christmas Advent Sundays and Christmas Eve!
